Mounted vs. UNMOUNTED Backgrounds
Background Options
Mounted Felt boards are felt backgrounds mounted to heavy duty cardboard and then reinforced with additional cardboard to create a sturdy felt board.
Unmounted Felt backgrounds are just the scene on a piece of felt (not made into a board). Backgrounds can be overlayed on top of an existing felt board.
Overlays
Felt Overlays
By adding an overlay you can transform your background completely. See the Water & Sky Board change into a hillside, desert or river by adding overlay pieces. Change the Indoor Board into a palace scene by using the Throne Room overlay. Overlays included in our Deluxe Bible Set include: Hillside, Shoreline, Desert and Throne Room.
