Terms: We accept credit card payment (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover).

Shipping and handling:

For orders with 1 item less than 1lb.: shipped via First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

For orders with 1 or more items more than 1lb.: shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground or FedEx Smart Post. For expedited service or to request a different shipping method, please call 800.541.9279 to speak with a customer service representative.

Discounts and Promotions: Discount codes are valid only at the time of purchase. Percentage off offers are good towards the total cost of the merchandise and do not include shipping. Promotional codes are valid for retail customers only.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Betty Lukens does not assume responsibility for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses may be re-routed or returned to Betty Lukens as undeliverable. If the shipment is re-routed a $10.00 charge is assessed to the billing party. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees.
